Return Policy
POLICY
Shawyors has a strict refund/exchange/cancellation policy. Exchange for store credit only. Items purchased from Shawyors are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days after delivery to recipient.
Customers are responsible paying for return shipping.
At this time there are no changes made once an order has been placed and shipped.
CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant stains which will void any exchanges. Stained garments will not be accepted.
RETURNS
An initial email will be sent once your return package is delivered and accepted. Please note, returns do take 5-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed, credit is applied; you will receive a confirmation email.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
