Do you accept custom orders?

No, we do not accept custom orders. Only the pieces on the website is available.

Do you have a retail store?

No. All pieces are on sale on this website.

How long does it take for you to ship an item?

In-stock pieces not requiring any size adjustments will usually ship within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment.

Are all of your jewelry/pieces handmade?

Yes. All handmade pieces will be labeled as such in the description box. If we add anything to the store that is not handmade, it will be labeled.

How do I care for my jewelry?

A copy of these instructions is sent with every order. Also there is a care instruction icon next to each listed product you can click on to read.

I'm allergic to certain materials. Is the jewelry nickel-free?

Not necessarily. I use many different metals and materials in my designs, which I do my best to include in the item descriptions. If you have concerns or questions about a particular piece, please drop me an e-mail before making your purchase.

Do you repair jewelry?

I only repair handmade jewelry purchased from me. Cost will vary depending on what needs to be done.
